About

About me

I’m a full time all round creatory type person, my main profession as a video editor takes up the majority of my daylight hours (and sometimes the night-time too).

The rest of the time, I’m cooking, eating and drinking (wine so good) or running and going on long walks in the countryside. I’m hoping to get into trail running this summer, either that or I’ll run off a cliff doing it.

Serious business

I’ve been working in video, digital marketing and communications for many years now and have over 12 years experience a pro-editor. And no… that doesn’t make me an ‘expert’. Quite honestly I don’t believe there’s such a thing. I learn something new with every new project I work on or person/team I collaborate with. That’s how it should be and I’ll never want that to change, it’s what being creative is all about. As such, a section of this website serves as ‘portfolio’ of my favourite video/film projects, I’ll be rubbish at keeping it up to date, I know this already. But it’s there, please do have a look!

If you like what you see and might be interested in getting me to work on some creatory, video and digital type things for you then just get in touch with me via email to hello@falcoreonline.com and tell me all about your ideas!

A bit more about me

I’m vegan and my partner is allergic to nuts, peanut, fish, shellfish, raw egg and onions. That’s right, you read it right, onions. A lot of my personal content creation is about having somewhere officially to document the daily occurrence that is cooking and eating in our house.

We pretty much cook everything we eat from scratch, every day. I spend a lot of our weekends planning meals and snacks and thinking of ways to sub and swap out different things to make sure we’re eating a balanced and varied vegan diet while avoiding killing my partner through anaphylaxis!

To say we have such particular requirements, we seem to do really well and I began to see lots of people commenting on my socials about the food we eat and how interesting and delicious it looks. I can vouch, it does taste delicious.

Full disclosure, this still doesn’t mean everything I make is about being nut free. I actually love nuts and my partner is very confident in my skills to minimise cross contamination. So I still eat nuts and nut butters to myself – he just doesn’t partake. Obviously.
